Legal Document Preparation Services

All Rise LDP is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer service and is not a law firm. All Rise LDP does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

SMS Terms

All Rise LDP may send text messages when you request or consent to receive information by SMS. Messages may include requested intake forms, consultation scheduling links, website links, and other customer-care information related to your inquiry or services.

SMS messages from All Rise LDP may be sent from (808) 400-8087.

Website Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages through the optional SMS consent checkbox on the All Rise LDP Contact page. The checkbox is not required to submit the form, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Telephone Opt-In: During an inbound phone call, you may request that All Rise LDP send specific information to you by text message, such as an intake form or consultation scheduling link. SMS is optional.

Before sending the requested text, our virtual receptionist will ask:

“I can text the information you requested to the number you're calling from. Message and data rates may apply. You'll receive one message for this request, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Would you like me to send it?”

A text message will only be sent after you affirmatively agree.

Message frequency varies. For information requested during an inbound telephone call, you will receive one message for that request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from All Rise LDP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
