Affordable Divorce Legal Document Preparation in Arizona

At All Rise LDP, we offer affordable, full-service divorce packages for Arizona residents. Our full service package includes:

  • Preparing all required court documents

  • Filing documents with the Court

  • Acceptance of service (note: process server fees are separate)

  • Tracking case deadlines and time frames

  • Scheduling hearings when needed

  • Delivering documents to the other party and the Judge, when applicable

Court filing fees are not included in the package price. However, if you qualify, we can assist you with requesting a fee deferral. Additional costs may apply in situations requiring a process server.

If your case involves minor children, Arizona law also requires completion of a parenting class — we’ll guide you through that process too.

If you can’t afford our Full Service Packages, our Express Package may be right for you! All documents are prepared for you, and you handle the rest! Please find out more information about this on our “Divorce” page.

  • Our Express Divorce Package includes preparation of your divorce documents only, based solely on the information you provide. This is a self-guided filing service for clients who are able to print, sign, file, and serve their documents on their own. Documents are delivered by email only in PDF and Word format. Written filing instructions are included.

    No questions, support, or document review are provided after delivery. The only consultation included is the initial phone consultation prior to document preparation to help you determine which filing method is best for you.

    3 business day turnaround from payment and completed intake.

    Court filing fee: Due to Court at time of filing unless a Deferral is approved (current court fees apply).
    Service of process: Client responsibility.
    E-signature: Not included.

    Express Divorce – No Children Fee:

    $199 due upfront

  • Our Express Divorce Package includes preparation of your divorce documents only (including child support, and parenting plan), based solely on the information you provide. This is a self-guided filing service for clients who are able to print, sign, file, and serve their documents on their own. Documents are delivered by email only in PDF and Word format. Written filing instructions are included.

    No questions, support, or document review are provided after delivery. The only consultation included is the initial phone consultation prior to document preparation to help you determine which filing method is best for you.

    Express Divorce – with Children Fee:

  • Our full service package includes preparing your documents, filing them with the Court, and mailing of documents to the other party, and to the Judge. Court fee $287.00 and not included. Help filing Deferral Available.

  • When you Start the Summary Consent Process and the other Party decides not to sign and we have to convert the paperwork over to a Petition to be served. (Service fees not included)

  • So you've filled out your own paperwork but you want to make sure you have EVERYTHING in order before you file? Did you already get go to Court only to be told you are missing various items? Save time! I will review your documents either online or in person and guide you to make sure you everything in order before heading to Court to file.

  • When both parties decide to reconcile and want to have their case dismissed. (Summary Consents, Child Support Modifications etc)

  • When you’ve hired a process server and received a “Notice of Non-Service” I will file a request to ask the Court to serve by alternative methods (Posting, mailing with tracking etc).

  • If you need to add on a Motion for Emergency or Temporary Orders to a Petition. Add on only, these cannot be filed alone.

Guardianship

    Court fees for Temporary Guardianship only: $306

    Court fees for Temp and/or Permanent Guardianship: $706

    Can apply for Deferral for Court fees based on Ward’s income.

    Process Server $125 and not included.

Deeds

  • Add or remove someone to a deed, or transfer ownership of a deed includes recording fee!

    Deeds in Maricopa County can be done 100% online or we can meet for signatures.

    If removing a deceased person, additional $30 for recording fee of Death Certificate if not previously recorded in Maricopa County.

  • Transfer ownership of real estate to a named beneficiary after the owner's death, includes recording fee! Avoid Probate and be exempt from Federal Gift Taxes.

    Deeds in Maricopa County can be done 100% online or we can meet for signatures.

Wills, Trusts & Probate

  • A Revocable Living Trust is an estate planning document that allows you to place your assets into a trust during your lifetime and control how they are managed and distributed, both while you are living and after your passing. Because it is revocable, you can change or update it at any time.

    This option includes preparation of the Revocable Living Trust document only and is ideal for individuals or families who want to avoid probate and establish clear instructions for their assets, but do not need additional estate planning documents at this time.

    This service includes:

    • Preparation of a customized Revocable Living Trust

    • Identification of the Trustor(s), Trustee(s), and Successor Trustee(s)

    • Instructions for management and distribution of trust assets

    • Court-ready formatting in compliance with Arizona requirements

    A Small Estate Affidavit for Real Property allows eligible heirs to transfer ownership of Arizona real property without going through a full probate process, when the estate qualifies under Arizona law.

    This option is commonly used when:

    • The estate includes a home or land located in Arizona

    • The property value is limited

    • The matter is straightforward and uncontested

    ✔ This option may be right for you if:

    • The Arizona real property value is $100,000 or less

    • No probate case has been opened

    • At least 6 months have passed since the date of death

    • All heirs are in agreement

    🟣 Important Note

    Small Estate Affidavits are not appropriate for contested matters, higher-value estates, or situations requiring court intervention. If your matter does not qualify, we will let you know before proceeding.

  • Starting at $895

    Informal Probate is an Arizona probate process used when an estate does not qualify for a small estate affidavit but is uncontested and does not require court hearings or judicial supervision.

    This option allows a Personal Representative to be appointed so the estate can be properly administered, assets collected, and matters resolved without the time and expense of a formal court process.

    ✔ This option may be right for you if:

    • The estate exceeds small estate limits

    • The matter is uncontested, and heirs are generally in agreement

    • There are no objections to the appointment of the Personal Representative

    • No court hearings or litigation are expected

    • You are seeking document preparation assistance, not legal advice

    A will is not required for informal probate. Arizona allows informal probate even when no will exists, as long as heirs are clear and no disputes are present.

    What’s included:

    ❌ This service is not appropriate if:

    • A will is being contested or challenged

    In these situations, an Arizona probate attorney is required.

    The base service price includes document preparation for standard, uncontested matters. Additional fees may apply in situations that require extra time, coordination, or document complexity, including but not limited to:

    • Additional Arizona real property beyond the first property

    • Estates with more than four (4) heirs or beneficiaries

    • Missing or difficult-to-locate heirs

    • Expedited or rush processing requests

    • Recording coordination or document courier services

    • Extensive revisions due to new or changed information

    • Additional documents requested beyond the standard service scope

    Any applicable additional fees will be disclosed and approved before work continues.

LLC Startup

  • This package is all inclusive, and includes the expedited filing fee of $85.

    The package includes: 

    - Verifying name availability

    - Formation through Corporation Commission

    - Obtain EIN from IRS

    - Serve as Statutory Agent (if needed)

    - Arizona Trademark if using DBA (if needed, $35)

Misc Services

  • This is the charge for me to come to you within a 20 mile radius. After 20 miles it will be a dollar a mile.

  • Same as above, $50 trip fee plus $10 per signature; within a 20 mile radius.

  • Service by Restricted Certified Mail - I will complete the process and mail the documents to the other party with the USPS via Restricted mail with return receipt and signature confirmation.

  • Hire a process server to serve documents in a case.

  • Submit a a Motion to Serve by Publication and send document to be published in Maricopa County.

  • Draft and Submit a motion to the Court on your behalf.

  • Draft and submit a Request for Alternate Means of Service when someone is avoiding service.

  • If you require same day or processing that is faster than the standard 3-7 business days.
