Need Help?
You’re in the right place. As a Certified Legal Document Preparer with over 14 years of experience in the Maricopa County Court system, I’m here to guide you through the legal process with confidence and care. Whether you need document preparation or just a little clarity, I’m ready to help.
What is a Legal Document Preparer?
A Legal Document Preparer (LDP) is similar to a paralegal, with one key difference: while paralegals must work under the supervision of an attorney, LDPs are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to work independently. This allows me to offer professional, affordable legal document services — without the high costs of hiring an attorney.
We’re Flexible & Friendly
We’re here to make this easy on you. Whether you prefer mobile services, virtual or phone appointments, or need after-hours or weekend availability, we’re happy to work around your schedule. In many cases, we can help you handle everything without ever stepping foot in a courthouse!
FAQs
-
Because your life isn’t a template. Many people come to us after paying for those sites, only to have their paperwork rejected. Those services are automated and often lack Arizona-specific legal accuracy. At All Rise LDP, your documents are prepared by a certified professional who knows the local laws—and actually cares about your case.
-
It’s easy. You can fill out our quick online form, call us, or book a free consultation. We’ll talk about your situation, explain your options, and get the process moving—without the confusion or legal jargon.
-
You can still move forward. We can help you file for default if the other party refuses to respond or participate. Don’t let their delay keep you stuck—we’ll guide you through what comes next.
-
The minimum is 60 days from the date of service, but it can take longer depending on your case. We’ll help make sure nothing gets delayed due to paperwork issues or missed deadlines.
-
Absolutely. Your safety comes first. We can help with divorce, custody, protective orders, and more—all handled with confidentiality, compassion, and urgency.

AI can be a helpful tool for gathering information or getting started, but legal documents are not one-size-fits-all. Every case, court, and situation is different, and using generic AI-generated forms can lead to missing documents, incorrect language, rejected filings, delays, or outcomes that don’t reflect what you intended.
At All Rise LDP, we prepare documents based on your specific situation and Arizona requirements. We help make sure your paperwork is complete, properly formatted, and aligned with court procedures—so you can move forward with more confidence and less stress.
If you’ve already used AI or completed documents yourself, we also offer a document review service to help identify missing information or issues before filing.
-
No. As an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, we provide legal document preparation services and procedural information, but we do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. If legal advice is needed, we can help you determine when speaking with an attorney may be beneficial.
-
Not necessarily. Most services can be completed remotely by phone, email, and electronic signature. In-person appointments may be available if needed.
-
Yes, depending on the service selected. We can help prepare filing-ready documents and explain next steps in the filing process.
-
No problem. We offer document review services if you’ve already completed forms and want help identifying missing information, common mistakes, or issues that could delay filing or lead to rejection.
-
Pricing varies depending on the type of case and complexity. We offer a free consultation to discuss your situation and provide pricing options before you commit.
-
No. Legal Document Preparers do not represent clients in court. Our role is preparing and organizing your documents so you can move forward with the process.
-
That depends on the service, but generally we’ll let you know exactly what information and documents are needed after your consultation so you’re not guessing.
-
That does not always stop the process. Depending on the case, there may be alternative service options available. We can help explain the procedural options available for your situation.
-
Not always. Many people are able to handle uncontested or straightforward legal matters without hiring an attorney and choose to work with a Legal Document Preparer instead. We assist with preparing court documents and guiding you through the procedural side of the process.
However, if your case involves significant conflict, complex legal issues, contested hearings, or you need legal advice or representation in court, consulting with an attorney may be the better option.
If you’re not sure which route makes sense for your situation, schedule a free consultation and we’ll help you understand your options.
